Chief People and Operations Officer

Jillian Casey is the Chief People and Operations Officer at Sage Clinical RCM, where she leads enterprise operations, organizational strategy, and integration efforts across the business. With a background spanning finance, M&A integration, and operational scaling, she focuses on aligning people, process, and performance to support growth.

Jillian began her career in financial services in a high-growth banking environment, where she led branch operations and supported both operational and people functions during a period of rapid growth. She worked across performance management, cross-functional initiatives, and M&A-related efforts. She later worked in executive coaching, partnering with high-performing professionals in finance and other high-pressure environments—experience that continues to inform her approach to leadership, decision-making, and performance.

Her work at Sage includes post-acquisition integration, workforce alignment, and infrastructure development to support continuity and scalability across the organization. Jillian’s experience spans financial oversight, operational design, and building systems across healthcare revenue cycle functions.

She holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Jillian brings a structured, execution-focused approach to leadership, with an emphasis on efficiency, accountability, and long-term enterprise value.
