Lori O’Haver, RHIT, BSHM

Lori is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of progressive experience and expertise in end-to-end Revenue Cycle processes and solutions. Lori’s experience ranges from managing teams of 20 – 300+ members across multiple cross-functional departments. She has successfully lead enterprise-wide revenue cycle re-engineering, workflow improvement, data driven denials management systems, and comprehensive project management of revenue audits. Lori has enjoyed success in leading vendor implementation projects for clients including vendor management, quality review and ongoing monitoring of engagement. Lori has also represented divisional finance offices as an executive sponsor for various revenue cycle projects including cash acceleration, denials management and point of service collections. Lori holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Management, Health Informatics and an Associate’s Degree in Health Information Management. She is also a Registered Health Administration Technician (RHIT), certified through AHIMA.
