Renae is an Executive Leader with over 30 years of broad ranging experience in healthcare operations, business office, customer service, business development, automated solutions, call center operations, quality assurance, team member engagement and culture. Renae has managed teams of 20 to 100+ team members across multiple cross-functional departments. She is a profit driven executive with continual profits attained through focused strategic service delivery, management of staff, savvy workforce utilization, and business relations development. Renae’s strengths in process automation and call center operations, combined with experience in customer service, operations, and systems implementation, help her to successfully lead projects that are cross functional. Renae utilizes data and KPI’s to identify opportunities to introduce process improvement, drive efficiency, increase effectiveness, and improve the experience for both clients and team members. Renae is affiliated with MGMA – Medical Group Management Association and is a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and is certified in Health Services Management (HSM) and is a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative through HFMA.
